 SPECIFIC ITEM INFORMATION: PICTURES ABOVE ARE OF THE ACTUAL UNIT BEING OFFERED. This VC4000-C Vapor Steamer shown in the photos above is being sold as is at discount. The steamer has been fully tested and works great. (What is a VC-4000-C? Click Here For Video) This unit is classified as used/reconditioned even though it is virtually new. This unit has a bent bottom from return shipping damage that causes the wheels to not touch the ground properly. See photo. This does not allow the unit to roll. This is another example of poor packing on return shipping. The bottom of these units need support due to the tossing and dropping by various popular shipping companies. The steamer, due to very poor packing by an individual also has scuff marks / scratches and all 4 wheels have slight bends as well as the bottom of the unit has a slight belly. The picture above shows the bottom of the unit but as you can see this belly is barely detectable in the photo. This unit was shipped to an end user, opened and likely used once then repacked due to a defective hose. Due to this use it is not perfectly clean. The user simply said it did not work and sent it back. The repair center found it was simply a defective main steam hose and replaced it with a new one.  Estimated to have VERY low to almost no hours on it. The overall damage to the unit is relatively minor and does not effect the function of the steamer. Note: At some accessories may show signs use but all are in excellent condition. All accessories are the same as listed below. Steamer has been fully tested, and is guaranteed to arrive complete and in 100% working order minus the fact that the unit doesn't roll and the bottom shows damage as described. If the item arrives and will not function, meaning it will not produce steam, the only remedy is repair under warranty or to return for a refund. Again, this is only if the unit is not functional when it arrives. Of course, if the unit stops working in the future you will be fully covered by the manufactures warranty. You may not return the item if you find scuff marks, scratches or other minor damage not described in the offer. The large discount offered in the price is designed to compensate for such instances. The only exception to the no return policy is if the steamer is defective meaning non operational.  Not liking the performance, appearance or it not being useful for your special needs are not grounds for return.         --- What is a reconditioned unit?  At times, though this is very rare a customer will receive a new steamer and find cosmetic blemishes, damage or mechanical problem often caused by the shipping process. In such cases we immediately have UPS pick up the steamer and send the customer a new replacement steamer at no cost to them. We then test, clean and if needed make any minor repair need. Once Fully inspected the unit is repackaged and sold as reconditioned at a discount.
