What is a Dry Vapor Steam Cleaner |
|
|
|
WHAT IS A VAPOR STEAM CLEANER?
First, you need to know that they are
not vacuums
and they are not carpet shampooers nor are they pressure washers. A vapor steam
cleaner is much like what is
sounds like. A Vapor Steam Cleaner is a device that generates steam in an internal boiler creating super heated steam vapor. This super heated vapor is focused out to any of the various cleaning attachments for superior cleaning power. Vapor steam cleaners, sometimes called "dry vapor cleaners" put out pure steam, not hot water. This allows for intense indoor cleaning without making a big wet mess.

What are some Uses for a Vapor
Steam Cleaner? |
|
|
|
WHAT CAN I USE A STEAM
CLEANER FOR?
Although their are hundreds, if not thousands of potential applications for a
steamer one of the main advantages of steam vapor is that it allows for low
cost, highly effective, sanitary deep cleaning WITHOUT the
need for harsh
chemicals. Indoor pollution is believed by many to be a major contributing
factor in a large variety of chronic illnesses. Healthy, all natural chemical
free cleaning is the wave of the future.
The intense steam heat cleans
AND kills germs, mold, mildew,
bacteria, dust mites, bed bugs,
fees, ticks, lice, scabies and
much more on contact. Vapor
steam is a great way to rid your
mattresses, carpets and other
surfaces of these and many other
unwanted organisms WITHOUT using chemicals. In this respect they are used by
extermination companies as well as commercial cleaning contractors, hotels, the
military and tens of thousands of home owners. They are great for steam mopping
of hard wood floors, tile floors as well as linoleum flooring. Perfect for
detail cleaning of tile & grout, appliances, bathroom, sinks, fixtures,
kitchens, machinery, automotive detailing, tools, sliding door tracks, windows,
mirrors, painted walls, janitorial work, wall paper removal, commercial -
industrial applications & so much more. |

Why Haven't I Heard Of Dry
Steam Before? |
|
|
|
WHY HAVEN'T I HEARD OF VAPOR CLEANERS BEFORE?
Steam cleaners are a relatively new product to most Americans. These units have been available in Europe for close to two decades and are wildly popular. They are virtually a
standard item in
homes across Europe. Only in the last few years has the power of vapor steam cleaning begun to become known to the American public and their popularity is growing fast. As more people use them and tell their friends, more and more people want them.
In fact, many of our sales are from friends and family of people that have
already purchased one of our high quality steamers. There is no doubt that they are wonderful machines. Someday soon we expect that they will become as common in the US as they are abroad and perhaps even as common as the household vacuum cleaner.

Do You Offer Replacement
Accessories?
YES! |
|
|
|
 ARE
REPLACEMENT ACCESSORIES
AVAILABLE IF MINE WEAR OUT OVER
TIME?
The short answer is
YES.
IMPORTANT: When
deciding on a brand of steamer, be sure you can get
replacement
parts that are not
just available but
affordable! We
offer a
full line
of replacement accessories
for most of our vapor steam
cleaners.
You can see our
replacement accessories page
here. Quality
replacement accessories are
extremely important. Also,
well priced accessories are also
very important. One example is
our small nylon grout brushes.
Vendors have sold them for as
much as 5 to $7 each. At the
time this was written OUR price
for the same brush is only $3
each. You can see all of the
latest prices here. Hoses,
poles, detail nozzles, medium
brushes, floor heads and more
are all available right here at
Just Renew It Industrial Supply.
If you don't see the accessory
you are looking for, give us a
call. Please note that we ONLY
CARRY replacement accessories
for the following vapor steam
cleaners.
The
Saphier 2,
MR-100,
VC3000 Red,
VC3000 Commercial,
VC4000-S Commercial,
VC4000-C Commercial,
5000-Ci Commercial,
and the
Super Vapor-6 Commercial
Vapor Steam Cleaners. Sorry but
we DO NOT have accessories for
other brands. Please do not try
to order our brushes in hopes
they will fit your "other" brand
of steamer. Steam cleaner
manufactures intentionally make
brushes and attachments to
specifically fit their brands
only. They will not fit. Be sure
if you order attachments from
us, you are ordering the right
ones. If you are ever unsure,
simply give us a call. We will
be happy to help.

Are they
Carpet Cleaners? |
|
|
 DO
DRY VAPOR STEAM CLEANERS CLEAN
CARPETS WELL?
A common question. The simple
answer is no. These units do not
have vacuum to extract. An
extractor is what you need for
full size carpet cleaning.
However they will
sanitize
carpet
and spot clean
carpets.
You can use your vapor cleaner
to kill dust mites, flees,
chiggers, bed bugs and other
biological contaminants in
carpet, furniture and bedding.
They often do an amazing job of
blasting out stubborn stains in
your carpet but
vapor cleaners
are NOT true carpet or
upholstery cleaners. People
refer to heated carpet cleaning
extractors as steam cleaners
even though they only put out
hot water, thus the common
confusion over the term steam
cleaner. If you are looking for
true carpet and upholstery cleaners
for a complete listing of our
carpet extractors.
Carpet cleaners merely put out
hot water, granted, steaming hot
water but water none the less. A
true vapor steam cleaner puts
out a dry steam vapor. They use
less then a gallon of water
every hour of non stop use! They
are perfect for most hard
surface cleaning and are even
successfully used by auto
detailers in the cleaning of
leather and upholstery seats. |

What Qualities Should A Good
Vapor Steam Cleaner Have? |
|
|
|
 WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR
IN A STEAMER? This is a great question. Most
steam cleaner sales people don't even know the right answer. Often they ramble
on about warranties,
shipping, the manufacture or even the power consumption of
a unit. The truth
is that there are two main
things that make a great
steamer. First and most
important of all, the size of
the boiler. Second, the quality
of the accessories. A vapor
steam cleaner is virtually
useless without the right
accessories. The best way for us
to illustrate the importance of
the boiler size is this. The
more water in the boiler, the
more steam bubbles being created
every second. The more steam
being created the better the
continuous flow, and refresh
rate of the steam. Even a tiny
boiler can be programmed to
yield high pressures (at first
burst). Inside virtually every
steamer is a pressure regulator.
This controls the maximum steam
pressure, not the continuous
flow of steam. The amount of
water boiling determines the
steady flow of steam you get.
Example, lets take two steamers.
One with a 1 liter of water at
say, 1500 watts. The other with
4 liters of water at the same
power. They are both rated for
65 PSI and they will both give
the exact same
burst of 65 PSI when you first
pull the trigger. The smaller
boiler steamer will drop in
pressure much, much faster then
the larger one and will also run
steady at a much lower pressure.
The larger 4 liter boiler has
more water boiling which means
more steam bubbles being
generated every second which
means a better, stronger flow of
steam.
The bottom
line is the bigger the boiler, the better the
steam flow. A decent boiler should never be less then 1.5 liters. A good
sized boiler is 2 liters. A truly powerful
boiler is 3 liters and a top of the line boiler size is 4 liters. Of course, all
this said the quality of the unit is also critical. Our line of vapor steam
cleaners was the FIRST the enter the USA back in 1989 and has been
here ever since. Most of the steamer on the market today have only been in the
country for a few years. Decades of refinement both in Europe and the United
states make our units some of the best on the market. Home
owners, if your looking for a top end quality home use steamer consider our
VC3000 Red, it is our most
powerful home use steam cleaner. It comes with a large 3 liter boiler and 27
high quality accessories. Contractors and businesses, if your looking for the
best in 115 volt steamers consider our
VC4000-C or our
Super Vapor 6. |

Are Vapor
Steamers Easy To Use? |
|
|
ARE STEAM CLEANERS EASY TO OPERATE?
Absolutely. They are very easy to use and most find they are a lot of fun to clean with. To use one of our state of the art steam cleaners
just
open
the filler cap, simply add clean
water and replace the cap. Now
plug the unit in, push the on
button and let it warm up. Now
all you have to do is plug the
steam hose into the front of the
steamer and select the attachment of your choice,
pull the trigger on the steam
gun and begin cleaning. All of our steam cleaners come with a simple manual that explains this basic operation.
All steamers come fully assembled. When you're finished steaming simply turn the
steamer off, unplug it and your
done. |

How Does A Vapor Steam
Cleaner Work? |
|
|
|
 HOW DOES A STEAMER GENERATE
STEAM AND CLEAN?
Simply put a
home or commercial dry vapor
steam cleaner works by super
heating pure, clean water inside
a pressurized boiler system and
focusing that steam flow out
through
one of many cleaning
heads. The super heated steam
melts and breaks up greases,
oils grime and more. Combined
with a little agitation from an
attached brush or mop head the
cleaning results can often be
quite remarkable. Heating rods
inside the boiler or steam
generator heat
the water to a rapid boil. The
internal boiler temperatures
will vary a bit from steamer to
steamer (see individual item
specifications) but typically
they run around 300 Degrees F.
This super heating &
internalized pressure creates a
"dry" steam. When the trigger is
activated on the wand steam is
released most often via a steam
gun. A true dry vapor steam
cleaner puts out only about 5%
water in its vapor. Put another
way, the steam comes out 95%
dry. The steam output generally
is around 210 to 220 degrees F
at the tool end. Once warmed up,
you can actually point the steam
wand in the air, pull the
trigger and virtually no water
will hit the floor while
steaming. The concept is simple
yet the technology is powerful! |

What Is The
Truth About Steam Temperatures? |
|
|
 DOES TEMPERATURE MATTER, WHAT
TEMPERATURE SHOULD I EXPECT FROM
A DRY VAPOR STEAM CLEANER?
Please
note that some of the less
sophisticated, low quality
plastic steamers on the market
today may
have lower
temperatures then ours.
The following numbers represent
our high end, quality
steamer from the VC3000 on up.
Our true dry steam output
temperature is generally is
around 210 to 230 degrees F at
the tool end. See
individual item page for
specifications. The great news
is that this intense, commercial
quality pressurized steam heat
is more then enough to do the
job and do it well!
Pasteurization / sterilization
of virtually all viruses &
pathogens begin at only 150
degrees F. This is the
temperature milk, juice and
other items are pasteurized at
to make it safe for human
consumption. Bedbugs and dust
mites begin to die at only 140
degrees F. True Perfect
sterilization, way beyond FDA
standards for human food
consumption, as an example, is
reached at 212 degrees F. Our
nozzle tip temperatures exceed
this on most steamers.
Our desire is to only post
positive items but we believe
it is in your best interest to
have the following information.
Please be aware
that many
steam cleaner companies boast
steam temperatures of over 300
degrees. We believe this to be
patently false. I'm not sure if
they know this isn't true but
hopefully they are simply
mistakenly quoting the internal
boiler temp specifications from
the manufacture as if it were
the actual working temperature
at the nozzle tip. Either way,
this is very deceptive practice
and you should watch out for it.
What other companies don't tell
you is that the 300+ degrees is
inside the boiler not at
the nozzle tip. You will never
see these temperatures coming
out of a dry vapor steamer. We
have had the privilege of not
only using our steam cleaner
line in the professional
contracting field but have also
hat the opportunity to use other
brands as well. We have yet to
see a single dry vapor steam
cleaner that can come even close
to reaching the 300 degree F.
temperatures at the nozzle tip.
So how do you choose?
There
are many things that make for a
quality steamer but probably the
two most important are quality
accessories and wattage.
More important then temperature,
since most dry steamers output
around the same temp, is
wattage. The wattage of a
steamer will dictate how much
steam volume it can generate.
This is the amount of steam
space it can fill in any given
moment. Low wattage = slower
boiling water = less steam
created. Higher wattage = faster
boiling water = more steam
created faster. At Just
Renew-It! Industrial Supply, we
believe we carry some of the
highest quality commercial vapor
steam cleaners on the planet. We
are sure you will agree. Many of
our commercial units run at a
full 15 amps or 1800 watts! You
can only get 1800 watts out of a
standard 15amp household outlet.
That is true maximum power.
Accessories: After years of
actually using our commercial
class steamers and then using
other brands we believe our
parts and accessories are second
to none. The quality of
construction is outstanding.

Steamers:
Hot
Water &
Hot Chemical
Injection
FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions & Answers |
|
|
|
|
|
What Is Hot
Water Injection?
How Does It Work? |
|
|
|
 WHAT IS HOT WATER INJECTION
AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Hot
water injection
is available on the
VC-4000-S,
VC-4000-C,
5000-Ci,
Super Vapor 6.
Hot
water injection is achieved by
injecting hot water into the
steam
flow. This injection gives
a fantastic hot
rinsing and cleaning action.
Some cleaning projects just
don't clean well without the use
of an injection system. When you
press the button to activate the
hot water injection on your
commercial vapor steam cleaner
you will hear a sort of
spattering / spitting sound as
the steam is injected with
water. With the
4000-S
this water
will come directly from
the
boiler.
With the
4000-C the water will
come from the internal refill
tank. With the
5000-Ci and
Super Vapor 6
this
water will come from the
external refill tanks. If you
plan on using hot water
injection often please consider
a
continuous fill
system
like
the 4000-C, 5000-Ci or the Super
Vapor 6. If you are only
planning on using the
hot water
injection system intermittently,
then the 4000-S should be more
then sufficient. NOTE: NEVER put
anything other
then pure water
in
the 4000 S or C systems! They
are not designed for chemicals.
If you desire the use of
chemicals / soaps try our
VC5000-Ci or Super Vapor 6.
EXAMPLE
OF HOT
WATER INJECTION
IN USE:
I loaned my
4000-C to my friend
Laurie. Her and her husband
purchased a new house and were
cleaning up. They pulled out
their stove and found a ton of
grease on the tile wall behind
it. Well, grease can be very
tough especially when its been
building up for years. She
started cleaning with a detail
brush and dry vapor steam. It
was working but slowly. Though
she had never worked with one of
our steamers before she saw the
hot water injection button and
turned it on. Later she bragged
at how much of a difference it
made. She said something like
"at first it was taking forever,
then wow". Though that is not an
exact quote, its pretty close.
The hot water helped dissolve
and flush away the grease as the
brush scrubbed it. So you see,
there are many situations where
hot water injection can make a
huge difference. By the way, in
her case a chemical / soap
injection system would have
worked even faster. Personally I
like to use the water injection,
but one point of 'awaking' if
you will, came one afternoon
while I was using my
4000-S to
clean some windows and window
tracks. While trying to clean
dirt and spider webs from the
storm window tracks, I noticed
it was taking a long time to get
the grime to rinse out. I
flicked on the hot water
injection and instantly all that
dust, dirt and the webs started
flowing down the track. The job
took half the time with hot
water. All in all, I recommend
injection systems. For even more
grease cutting power consider a
soap injection steamer! |

What Is
Hot Chemical / Soap
Injection? How Does It Work? |
|
|
|
 WHAT IS A CHEMICAL OR
DETERGENT INJECTION STEAMER AND
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply put, a
hot
chemical
injection system allows
you to inject
heated
detergents
or non flammable
chemicals into your steam
flow
of your steamer with a push of
a button. A truly powerful
cleaning tool. A Chemical
Injection Steamer such as the
VC-5000-Ci
or the
Super Vapor 6
work
both in hot water mode AND
chemical injection mode as well
as dry steam.
Easily activated
with a push of a button
right on the steam gun
hot detergent / chemical
injection gives you the extra
cleaning power you want when and
exactly where you need it! These
systems give you the best of all
three worlds, steam, hot water
and soapy detergents. You can
add your favorite detergent/soap
to a separate injection tank
located on the back of the
steamer OR you
can simply fill
that injection tank with simple
water for hot water rinsing
instead of soap. These diverse
abilities give you the
flexibility to tackle a greater
diversity of jobs then ever
before. For many contractors,
the ability to adjust and adapt
to unexpected cleaning
circumstances is very important.
All of our vapor steam cleaners
produce super heated 95+% dry
vapor steam. The tank for either
the chemical or water injection
is the same. You simply fill the
external tank with your desired
fluid.
SOME CHEMICALS: Some good
chemicals: Zipwax wash-n-wax
for cars, diluted common
Dawn liquid dish detergent
with water for cutting stubborn
grease in commercial kitchens.
You can also use earth friendly
simple green, orange
clean products and more. Be
sure that none of the products
you use are explosive or
flammable. Chemical injection is
incredibly powerful when it
comes to removing grease and
other sticky substances such as
stickers, bubble gun and other
difficult to remove grime.
Though super heated steam does
much of the work, the grease
cutting power of detergent
magnifies this power greatly.

|
Can I Put Chemicals In My
Steamer? |
|
|
|
IS IT OKAY TO PUT SOAP OR
CHEMICALS INTO MY VAPOR STEAMER?
NEVER Put any chemicals or
detergents INSIDE ANY steamer.
If you own a
chemical injection system such
as the
5000-Ci
or
Super Vapor-6
you
will see an external (outside)
tank that
is marked for chemical use. On
the 5000-Ci chemical injection
unit there is a single clearish
white tank on the back marked
for chemicals. That is where
you put your detergent. The
black cap on the steamer itself,
is for
WATER ONLY.
Never put
chemicals in that tank. This may
damage the unit and void the
warranty. If you have a Super
Vapor-6, your unit will have two clearish white plastic tanks on
the back. One is clearly
marked WATER and one is
marked for Chemicals. NEVER
put chemicals in the water tank!
This could damage the unit and
will void the warranty. The good
news is that these systems are
very easy to use. The fill
containers are very clearly
labeled.
The following units
can never be used with
chemicals. They are steam or
steam & water only. The
Saphire 2,
MR-100,
VC3000 Red,
VC3000 Commercial,
VC4000-S
Commercial.
Those units are for use with
water only. Thank you. If

Steamers:
Wattage
/ Power
FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions & Answers |
|
. |
|
|
|
Does Wattage & Voltage Really
Matter? |
|
|
|
IS
WATTAGE REALLY A BIG
CONSIDERATION?
Yes!
In fact wattage and voltage
are one of the greatest factors
in determining the power of
strength of a vapor steam
cleaner. You see, the higher the
wattage the faster it can
regenerate the steam, thus
giving you a stronger more
consistent flow of steam.
There
are many things that make for a
quality steamer but probably the
two most important are quality
accessories and wattage.

|
Can A Steamer Have To Much Wattage? |
|
|
|
WHAT
IS THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED
WATTAGE?
Yes and no. Ideally in
theory anyway, more wattage
would be better as it would give
you more steam power. The
reality is that most of us are
restricted by our environment.
That is our homes or work places
often
have limited power availability.
In fact, the overwhelming
majority of homes and business
in the United States only have
110/120Volt outlets. This is the
standard outlet found in a home.
It is the same kind of outlet
that you would plug an alarm
clock or TV into. Another
limitation is wattage or Amps.
Most homes have a maximum
wattage available of 15 amps, or
in other words, 1800 Watts. So
for most of us, anything over an
1800 Watt steamer would not be a
good idea. In fact, for most of
us, it would be useless as it
would not work. I personally
like a good 1800 Watt steamer.
1800 Watts puts out a nice head
of steam yet will work at
virtually any location in the US
that has power. Be aware that
1800 Watts is MAXIMUM power for
a standard 15 Amp household
outlet. This mean that if you
run another appliances or lights
that are on that same power
circuit it will trip the
breaker. You can of course
use a quality extension cord and
plug it in a different room on a
different circuit. For the home
owner it might be better to go
with a lower wattage steamer
like the 3000 Series or the
4000-S. The 4000-S has 1600
Watts. That is a lot of power
yet it leaves enough room to run
other small items in the room
like lights or a radio and
greatly reduces the risk of you
tripping a breaker. Our 3000
series has lower wattage yet.
See specifications on the
individual steamer pages for
wattage. So the answer is, yes
it is possible to buy a steamer
with to much wattage. Balance
out your wattage with what's
available in your home.
Remember, all home in the US
have 15A or in other words
1800Watt 110/120 Volt outlets.
If you are unsure, simply buy a
steamer that is no greater in
power then that. |

What Steamer Wattage Is Best
For My Home Or Business? |
|
|
|
HOW
DO I CHOOSE A STEAMER?
Balance out your wattage with
what's available in your home.
Remember, all home in the US
have 15A or in other words
1800Watt 110/120 Volt outlets.
If you are unsure, simply buy a
steamer that is no greater in
power then that. If you are a
contractor or intend on using
these units commercially I
recommend a unit that is at
least 1600 Watts. 1800 is the
gold standard in 120Volt
systems. If you are a home owner
you should be happy with a
steamer as low as 1300 watts or
higher. Remember,
more wattage gives you a better
flow of steam so try to buy a
higher wattage steamer but not
higher then 1800 Watts. Compare
price to wattage and accessories
packages to make the best
decision for you. Check out our
easy comparison chart here

comparison of wattage and other
basic features of our steamers.

WHAT IS A SINGLE TANK (ST)
STEAMER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
(ST) SINGLE TANK
STEAMERS:
(
VC3000
Series
VC4000-S)
A (ST) single tank technology
steamer, such as the
VC-4000-S
or
VC-3000
are much like
they
sound. They have a large single
tank, sealed stainless steel
boiler. This technology is
powerful and tends to be
extremely dependable as its
internal components are few in
number. Its simplicity of design
makes it rugged dependable. If
you're looking for long term
reliability and ruggedness then
a single tank system may be fore
you. The down side to a single
tank unit is that when it runs
out of water you
will have to
release the steam pressure, open
the pressure cap, fill it and
wait for it to warm
back up.
This process can take up to 30
minutes or so. The up side is
that the
4000-S
can run in dry
steam mode about 90 min
non-stop, continuous
steaming on the highest setting!
More then enough time to do most
jobs. With the hot water
injection on this time is
greatly reduced. If you plan on
using mostly dry steam with the
occasional hot water rinsing,
the single tank systems are
perfect. NOTE: The 3000
Series does not have hat water
injection. If you plan on
using the hot water injection
often be aware, you will run out
of water much faster then in dry
steam mode only. If you plan on
using the hot water injection
very often consider the
continuous fill systems like the
4000-C
or
5000-Ci.
All that being said, the
4000-S
is a great
system that includes hot water
injection. The
VC 3000
although a
great steamer has a lower
wattage and does not have hot
water injection. All in all,
single tank systems are great
steamers. See the individual
product pages for more
information.
ST / Single Tank
PROS:
A single tank steamer is
amazingly simple in its design
yet still powerful. This simple
design makes the single tank
system inherently more
dependable. If you are looking
for a powerful system that
should run trouble free for
years and years it is a single
tank system you may want.
Another nice thing about the
single tank systems is that they
tend to give a dryer steam. As
your using the system the steam
gets dryer and dryer. This is
due to the fact that as the
water level gets lower, it also
gets further away from the steam
outlet port at the top of the
boiler. All in all, we are only
talking about an estimated
1 to
2 % difference in moisture. Our
Dry Vapor Steam Cleaner run at
about 95% - 96% Dry!
ST /
Single Tank
CONS:
The only down side to a single
tank vapor steam cleaner, if any
at all, is that when it finally
does run out of water you are
required to shut down the
system, cool it off, refill it
and wait for it to warm up all
over again. However, if you get
a system with a good size
boiler, there is a good chance
you will get tired of cleaning
long before it runs out of water
that day. Our VC3000 Series will
run about 1 hour on high,
holding the trigger the whole
time. The 4000-S will run about
1-1/2 hours non stop. For most
jobs, that is more then enough
working time. |

|
CF Or Continuous Fill
Technology Boiler System, What
Is It?
PROs
&
CONs |
|
|
|
WHAT IS A SINGLE TANK (CF)
STEAMER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
(CF) CONTINUOUS
FILL:
(
4000-C,
5000-Ci,
Super
Vapor 6)
A continuous fill
steamer (Dual Tank System)
allows you to add water on the
fly. In
other
words, when the steamer is
low on water
you can add water WITHOUT
shutting it down. You can then
immediately pick back up where
you left off working with
virtually no down time.
With our
state of the art, stainless
steel, continuous fill boiler
systems you will NOT have to
wait
for the boiler to heat back up.
How it works: A continuous fill
steamer has two tanks, a boiler
and a non
 pressurized refill
tank. When you add water you are
simply filling the easy fill
refill tank, the boiler stays
full! The boiler is
automatically trickle fed from
the refill tank thus insuring
that the boiler is always kept
full and ready to work. When the
refill tank runs low you will
hear a loud beeping sound and
the unit will stop steaming
until you add water.
Adding
water only takes
seconds
and you
are back up in running right
away.
CF /
Dual
Tank
PROS:
This dual
tank system features one boiler
and one refill tank. This refill
tank keeps the boiler topped off
with water at all times via a
high pressure injection pump.
What this means is that you can
add water at any time without
shutting or cooling down the
machine. Truly a time saving
concept. If you are a contractor
or run a business where you
intend on using a steamer
several hours every day, you
should consider getting a
continuous fill steam cleaner.
In the business world time is
money and this type of unit will
save you plenty of time.
CF / Dual
Tank
CON:
Although the
dual tank steamers are
convenient there is one
potential down sides to
them. They have a reputation for
being a little less dependable
then a single tank system. The
reason for this is simple. A
dual tank system not only has a
boiler, switches and circuit
board but it
also has an extra
tank, extra lines, a high
pressure transfer pump, some
have in line filters, special
sensors to detect water level
drops and extra safety features.
All these extra parts can result
in a slightly higher maintenance
in the long term. Please note,
most users never have a problem
wither their system. The choice
of weather you want a single
tank system or a continuous fill
system really depends on how
many hours a day you plan on
using your steamer. |

Just
Renew-It's sales team is made up of professionals that have
actually worked in the cleaning
business using our line of vapor
steam cleaners. This makes all the
difference in the world. Very few of our competitors can say
that and even fewer can say that they have actually used their
steam cleaner products in a professional manner. In fact, many
vendors have never even
physically touched the products
they sell. This almost two
decade hands on
experience with Vapor Steam Cleaner technology gives us the
edge. This combined with our vapor steam cleaners limited
lifetime warranty and outstanding
support and technical service makes us an industry leader in
industrial supplies and commercial equipment. By the way, everything
we do is up front and we try to
make it all easy to access. You
can check out our
warranty and policies page here.
As you can see just from the
information we give you here, on
this page, we go out of our way
to give you as much information
as we can to help you make an
informed decision. This is the
Just Renew-it! Difference! Take
note next time you are shopping
online. Notice the product
information sections and how
little information there really
is. Just Renew-It! Industrial
supply in not only a vendor, we
want to be an online resource
for information you can trust!
Another
big difference is at Just Renew-It! you will be treated with the
respect you deserve. We will take as much time as needed
to explain the difference between our many commercial vapor
steam cleaners, hard surface cleaners, carpet extractors etc.
You will find we have a wealth of knowledge that we openly
share.
Just
Renew-It! Is Unlike Other Vendors. We will NEVER try to sell
you a steam cleaner, or any other piece of equipment if we feel
it may not work for you or suit your application. In fact, we talk many customers out of
sales rather then push them into something they don't really
need. Our sales staff DOES NOT WORK ON COMMISSION! This means NO
PUSHY Steam Cleaner Sales People. We go out of our way to make
sure you are getting the right steam cleaner or correct piece of
commercial cleaning equipment for the job.
Be
aware that there are some dubious vendors that claim to be the
worlds first, and the worlds best with millions of square feet
of factory space (that is not in fact their steam cleaner
factory, just their suppliers factory) or sites that use
phony, homemade and outdated "comparison charts" or "consumer
reviews" to trick you into thinking that their unit is some how
better. At Just Renew-It! we prefer to take the straight forward
honest approach.
We promise fast service, straight
talk and honest answers. Our faith in God, love of family and
country are at our core. It's just who we are. We think that when you call us you will
find us a pleasure to work with.
OUR PROMISE:
We will NEVER try to sell you a piece
of equipment unless we feel it absolutely fits your application.
There are absolutely NO "Yes Men" or women for that matter working
at Just Renew-It! We would rather turn down a sale then have an
unhappy customer! Before you buy, we encourage you to give us a
call. Put our knowledge to the test and experience the Just
Renew-It! difference for yourself. Our experienced staff can quickly
help you decide if the item you are looking at is right for you and
again, if we feel it is not we will tell you! We routinely point
customers that were looking at more expensive units to less
expensive ones that better fit their needs saving them money.
Being a thriving business means that we can afford to be honest.
Just Renew-It! Honesty First!
Just Renew-It! offers a wide
range of products from multiple manufactures,
although most of our
finely crafted, Italian made
vapor steam cleaners come from once source.
Our steam cleaners, pressure washers, carpet cleaners and other
products number into the hundreds. More = More Choices!
Other companies will sell anything to make
a buck. Just Renew-It! carefully hand picks its products
based on reputation & quality. We only pick the best of the best.
One example, our wet steam cleaners were invented in 1927
and was the first steam pressure washer in
the world and remains a world leader in INDUSTRIAL grade steam
pressure washing systems.
Our steam cleaners were picked for their
time in service and reputation. Our vapor steam cleaner product line
was the
first dry vapor steam systems ever to be used or sold in the United
States. Before that, there were only wet steam pressure washer systems.
Many other vendors only have one steam cleaner that they sell!
Just One! Do you really think they will try to pass you on to a
bigger, better or even smaller vapor steamer when they don't
carry one? If you want an honest opinion you have to have
choices.
Other
companies sell hundreds and even thousands of items both related
and unrelated. These sites often have short, inadequate
descriptions of there low quality plastic home use steamer products.
When you call them to ask a question you find the answering
service simply refers you back to the ad you called on in the
first place. Just Renew-It's professionals are happy to assist
you with your home or commercial steam cleaner questions.
Just Renew-It! has a full line of home vapor steam cleaners,
commercial steam cleaners and heavy duty industrial vapor steam
cleaner systems featuring state of the art continuous fill technology,
hot chemical injection systems, integrated steam vacuums and
dual heating element technology.
Give
us a call, we will be happy to discuss what you are looking to use
the equipment for and help you sort through our product lines to
find what is best for your needs. Remember, Just Renew-It's large
product line of vapor steam cleaners, carpet extractors and
commercial cleaning equipment means we give you choices. Choice is
power! Check out our full line of vapor steam cleaning machines
